Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure hardware/software systems across client environments
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for network, security, and infrastructure issues
- Document IT processes and maintain detailed incident reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technology solutions
- Conduct system audits and recommend performance optimizations
- Manage user access controls and cybersecurity protocols
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of progressive IT support experience
- CompTIA Network+ or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment deployment
