Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Monitor server logs and system health to ensure 99.9% uptime during off-hours.
- Respond to and resolve critical help desk tickets within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Perform routine security patching, backups, and system maintenance.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to document complex issues and solutions.
- Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hardware or software deployments.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Support or Help Desk roles.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Office 365.
- Experience with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is a plus.
