Responsibilities
- Deliver remote and on-site technical support for hardware/software systems
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues and system malfunctions
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop hardware and peripherals
- Create and maintain user documentation for IT processes
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve escalated technical problems

Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification required
