Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows and macOS environments
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to enterprise clients
- Manage Active Directory, VPN configurations, and network security protocols
- Deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure solutions (AWS/Azure)
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT projects
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and procurement requests
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and endpoint management
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional on-site visits
