Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS systems across enterprise environments
- Manage Active Directory, VPN configurations, and cloud services (O365, Azure)
- Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Monitor system performance and resolve security vulnerabilities
- Support 100+ users with SLA adherence
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server administration and networking
- Certification required: CompTIA A+ or equivalent
- Experience with O365 administration and Azure AD
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Must be available for immediate start (within 48 hours)
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site visits
