Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Deploy and configure desktop/laptop systems across Windows and macOS platforms
- Manage Active Directory accounts and permissions for 200+ users
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Document all IT processes and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and service-level agreements
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives including patch management and vulnerability assessments
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA Network+ or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure cloud services and O365 administration
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python) for automation
- Experience with ServiceNow or ITSM ticketing systems
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with logical problem-solving approach
- Ability to lift 50 lbs for equipment installations
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional on-site visits
