Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Deploy and configure workstations, printers, and network equipment
- Manage Active Directory accounts and group policies
- Provide remote/on-site technical support for 50+ end-users
- Document IT procedures and maintain asset inventory
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement
- Support cloud services (O365, Azure) and VPN implementations
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience in Windows environments
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, O365, and endpoint management
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware/network issues
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Valid driver's license for on-site client visits
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment maintenance
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
