Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS enterprise systems across federal agency environments
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for 500+ users with 15-minute SLA response
- Implement cybersecurity protocols including endpoint protection and access controls
- Document IT infrastructure using Visio and ServiceNow with daily updates
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on cloud migration projects (AWS/Azure)
- Conduct hardware/software audits and lifecycle management
Qualifications
- 3+ years enterprise IT support experience with federal government projects
- CompTIA Security+ and/or Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certifications required
- Expertise in Active Directory, SCCM, and Intune deployment
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred) and ITIL processes
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance within 30 days
- Strong problem-solving skills with hardware/software diagnostics
