- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects and system migrations
- Provide Tier-2 support for network, server, and endpoint management
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent technical credentials
- Proficiency in Active Directory, SCCM, and Intune management
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance frameworks
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) and remote support tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills with customer service focus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for on-site visits
