Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Deploy and configure new workstations, laptops, and peripherals
- Manage Active Directory accounts, permissions, and group policies
- Monitor and maintain system security protocols and compliance
- Document technical processes and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
- Resolve escalated tickets with SLA adherence
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- Expert knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware/software issues
- Ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced contract environments
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Must have immediate availability for contract start
