Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Deploy and configure Windows 10/11 workstations and cloud applications
- Manage Active Directory user accounts and group policies
- Troubleshoot VPN connectivity and security protocols
- Document technical procedures and maintain service desk tickets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades
- Conduct endpoint security audits and compliance checks
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure/O365 administration
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2019/2022
- Experience with service desk tools (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Indiana driver's license (client site visits required)
