Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Diagnose and resolve system issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments
- Deploy and configure workstations, servers, and cloud-based solutions
- Document all technical procedures and maintain asset management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security protocols
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Manage ticket queues and SLA compliance with 99.9% uptime
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Office 365, and virtualization platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scripting (PowerShell/Bash)
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work flexible hours (including weekends)
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
