Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure hardware/software systems across 50+ workstations
- Resolve Tier 2/3 technical issues including network connectivity and security protocols
- Implement cybersecurity best practices and vulnerability assessments
- Document technical procedures and maintain asset inventory databases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integration projects
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for enterprise applications
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience
- CompTIA Security+ and Network+ certifications required
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019/2022 and Active Directory
- Proficiency with SCCM and Intune deployment tools
- Strong troubleshooting skills for cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS)
- Ability to obtain immediate security clearance
