Responsibilities
- Provide on-site hardware/software troubleshooting and technical support
- Deploy and configure end-user devices (laptops, peripherals, mobile)
- Document service tickets and maintain asset inventories
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Conduct user training on new systems and applications
- Perform network diagnostics and basic security protocols
Qualifications
- 2+ years of IT support experience in Windows/macOS environments
