Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and remote access.
- Configure, deploy, and manage end-user devices, including laptops, smartphones, and peripherals.
- Manage and maintain the Active Directory, ensuring user access and permissions are accurate and secure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement IT best practices.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) in the ticketing system.
- Conduct user training sessions to enhance technology adoption and proficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a related technical field.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, LogMeIn) and VPNs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
