Responsibilities
- Provide on-site hardware/software troubleshooting for enterprise systems
- Deploy and configure new workstations and peripherals
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system migrations
- Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Manage Active Directory permissions and user accounts
- Respond to helpdesk tickets with SLA compliance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certification
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and macOS environments
- Experience with SCCM/MEM and Intune management
- Strong knowledge of Azure AD and O365 administration
- Valid NYS driver's license (client site visits required)
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment installation
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
