Responsibilities
- Provide on-site hardware/software troubleshooting and user support
- Deploy and configure desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Manage Active Directory accounts and permissions
- Document technical issues and resolutions in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with network and security teams for complex incidents
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification required
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license (client site visits required)
