Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Deploy and configure Windows/Linux workstations and cloud solutions
- Resolve security vulnerabilities and implement best practices
- Document IT processes and maintain service request tickets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
- Train end-users on cybersecurity protocols and tools
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with Windows/Linux systems
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Azure/AWS cloud environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network and hardware issues
- Experience with ServiceNow or ITSM platforms
- Ability to travel within El Paso metro area (20% time)
