Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve desktop/laptop hardware and software issues
- Deploy and configure Windows 10/11 workstations and network printers
- Manage Active Directory user accounts and group policies
- Provide remote and on-site technical support via ticketing systems
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with network engineers on connectivity solutions
- Conduct cybersecurity awareness training for end-users
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Azure AD
- Experience with ServiceNow or Jira ticketing systems
- Valid Texas driver's license for client site visits
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows/macOS environments
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment installations
