Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Azure AD
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking protocols
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 25lbs for equipment handling
- Valid Florida driver's license for on-site visits
