Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Deploy and configure Windows 10/11 workstations and enterprise applications
- Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365 environments
- Troubleshoot VPN connectivity and remote access issues
- Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated technical incidents
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience
- CompTIA Security+ or Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Group Policy, and Intune
- Strong diagnostic skills for hardware/software issues
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
