- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Deploy and configure Windows 10/11 systems, Active Directory, and cloud services

- Document technical procedures and maintain service desk ticket systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT infrastructure projects
- Conduct user training sessions on new technology implementations
- Monitor system performance and optimize operational efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience with Windows environments
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Azure AD, and Intune management
- Strong diagnostic skills for hardware/software troubleshooting
- Experience with service desk tools (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Excellent communication skills and customer service aptitude
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional on-site visits
