Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Deploy and configure new workstations and mobile devices
- Document IT processes and maintain asset inventories
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system migrations
- Monitor system performance and implement security protocols
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with Windows/macOS environments
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certifications required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, SCCM, and Intune
- Strong diagnostic skills for hardware/software issues
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
- Valid Florida driver's license for on-site client visits
