- Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access protocols
- Deploy and configure network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges
- Conduct system audits and recommend security improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience in Windows/macOS environments
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent
- Proficiency in Active Directory, VPN configurations, and cloud services (AWS/Azure)
- Strong diagnostic skills for hardware/software troubleshooting
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Valid Indiana driver's license for occasional client visits
