Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models using Python, R, and SQL for healthcare analytics
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks for clinical trial optimization
- Create interactive data visualizations using Tableau and Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Document methodologies, findings, and recommendations in comprehensive reports
- Maintain data integrity across AWS and Azure cloud platforms
- Present insights to stakeholders through compelling data narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in predictive modeling and machine learning
- Proficiency in Python (scikit-learn, pandas) and R (tidyverse)
- Experience with healthcare data and HIPAA compliance requirements
- Strong SQL skills with ability to optimize complex queries
- Tableau/Power BI certification or demonstrable expertise
- Proven ability to translate technical insights into business recommendations
