Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions for our core platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code using modern engineering best practices.
- Participate in rigorous code reviews and contribute to a culture of engineering excellence.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and complex system bugs.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
- Engage in a structured mentorship program with senior engineering leadership.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with an expected graduation date of Spring 2026.
- Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented software design.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, or Go).
- Familiarity with modern web development frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, Django) or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and an insatiable passion for learning new technologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and remote-friendly team environment.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
