Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Develop and articulate a comprehensive strategic roadmap that aligns business goals with emerging technological trends.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Oversee the research and development of cutting-edge technologies, specifically focusing on AGI, Quantum, and AR/VR ecosystems.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, executive leadership, and external partners to secure buy-in for long-term projects.
- Innovation Integration: Identify and integrate disruptive technologies into our core product lines before the market mainstreams them.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineering and product leaders, fostering a culture of innovation and forward-thinking.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in executive leadership, with at least 5 years specifically in technology strategy or R&D management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; Master’s degree preferred.
- Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of emerging tech trends, including Generative AI, Blockchain, and Quantum Mechanics.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to global audiences.
