In this pivotal role, you will lead the charge in defining how Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) and advanced automation will reshape our industry by 2026. You will oversee the R&D pipeline, mentor top-tier engineers, and drive the cultural adoption of AI-first methodologies across all departments.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Roadmap for AI integration, focusing on Generative AI, Predictive Analytics, and Autonomous Agents.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key industry partners, academic institutions, and technology vendors to stay ahead of the curve.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the design and deployment of scalable AI infrastructure.
- Conduct rigorous feasibility studies for emerging technologies to determine their viability for enterprise implementation.
- Advocate for ethical AI practices and ensure compliance with global data regulations and safety standards.
- Drive the digital transformation agenda by identifying high-impact automation opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Software Engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior executive or strategic leadership role.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale AI solutions that have directly impacted business growth.
- Deep understanding of modern AI architectures, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Neural Networks, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable business roadmaps.
- Strong executive presence and the ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
