What You Will Do
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Create and maintain a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with our long-term business goals, focusing on AI integration and automation.
- Lead Strategic Initiatives: Spearhead the development and deployment of enterprise-wide AI solutions, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Computer Vision systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with C-suite executives, product managers, and engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and business value.
- Innovation Management: Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating emerging technologies to determine their potential impact on our product ecosystem.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks and guidelines to ensure responsible AI usage, mitigating bias and ensuring compliance with global standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, specifically within AI, Data Science, or Strategic Technology.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, NLP, and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of translating complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and manage cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to diverse audiences.
