Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning algorithms for autonomous navigation and decision-making in unstructured environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional hardware teams to integrate AI models with advanced sensor suites and robotic platforms.
- Optimize neural network architectures for real-time inference on edge devices and compute clusters.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of robotic systems in simulated environments and physical field trials.
- Drive research initiatives to solve novel problems in computer vision, natural language processing, and multi-agent systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap for next-generation automation.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML or Robotics development, with a focus on applied research.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and CUDA for high-performance computing.
- Deep expertise in machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and robotics middleware (ROS, ROS 2).
- Strong mathematical background in linear algebra, probability, stochastic processes, and optimization.
