Responsibilities
- Lead advanced R&D projects in generative AI, quantum machine learning, and human-AI collaboration systems
- Design and implement novel neural architectures for real-time adaptive decision-making
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals/conferences and secure patents
- Mentor cross-functional teams of engineers and data scientists
- Collaborate with academic institutions and industry partners on open-source initiatives
- Develop ethical frameworks for next-generation AI systems
- Translate theoretical models into scalable prototypes with measurable societal impact
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, Quantum Computing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
- Publication record in NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR or equivalent top-tier venues
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or biologically-inspired AI
- Strong background in ethical AI development and responsible innovation
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-disciplinary research projects
- Experience with cloud-based AI infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP)
