Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum AI, neural-symbolic integration, and generative adversarial networks
- Develop novel algorithms for 2026-era autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration frameworks
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Architect scalable AI infrastructure supporting 10M+ concurrent users
- Mentor cross-functional teams of engineers and researchers
- Secure $5M+ in federal/industry research grants for 2026 AI initiatives
- Present findings at Davos, TED, and World Economic Forum summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent breakthrough contributions)
- 5+ years experience in cutting-edge AI research with top-tier publications
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and multimodal systems
- Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks
- Track record of deploying production AI systems serving >1M users
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, safety, and alignment principles
- Experience securing DARPA or NSF research grants
