Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced machine learning frameworks for autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-optimized neural architectures
- Publish groundbreaking research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Translate theoretical models into scalable production-grade solutions
- Drive innovation in explainable AI and ethical algorithm design
- Secure multi-million dollar research grants from federal and private entities
- Mentor PhD candidates in emerging AI paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or Quantum Computing
- 5+ years developing production AI systems with measurable impact
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (3+ papers)
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed computing
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in reinforcement learning and NLP
- Experience securing federal research grants (NSF, DARPA)
- Track record of leading technical teams in fast-paced environments
