Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel AI architectures for quantum-enhanced machine learning systems
- Lead research initiatives in explainable AI and ethical algorithm development
- Develop prototypes for next-gen human-computer interfaces using multimodal neural networks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research into production-ready solutions
- Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to technical documentation
- Stay current with emerging AI paradigms and quantum computing advancements
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, Quantum Computing, or related field (or equivalent research experience)
- 5+ years in applied AI research with publications in top-tier venues (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow) and quantum programming (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Proven track record of deploying production-level ML systems at scale
- Strong mathematical foundation in linear algebra, probability, and quantum mechanics
- Experience with distributed computing and high-performance computing environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex research projects from conception to publication
