Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in generative AI and quantum machine learning
- Develop novel neural network architectures for next-gen human-AI interfaces
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on 2026-era AI ethics frameworks
- Secure $5M+ in government/private research grants
- Mentor post-doc researchers in quantum AI methodologies
- Publish 3+ top-tier papers at NeurIPS/ICML conferences
- Architect proprietary AI systems for autonomous decision-making
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (2020-2023)
- 3+ years experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI or quantum systems
- Expertise in transformer architectures and diffusion models
- Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow with 100M+ parameter models
- Strong background in causal inference and explainable AI
- Demonstrated success securing DARPA/NASA research grants
- Fluency in Rust and low-level optimization techniques
