- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with 15+ engineers and data scientists
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through strategic stakeholder presentations
- Partner with MIT and Stanford on next-gen human-AI symbiosis protocols
- Drive patent development for at least 3 disruptive methodologies annually
- Advise C-suite on ethical implications of emergent technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Computer Science, or Quantum Physics with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on machine learning or computational theory
- Proven track record scaling AI systems to 10M+ user deployments
- Expertise in federated learning and ethical AI frameworks
- Experience securing DoD/EU Horizon grants for futuristic R&D
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
