Our Austin-based innovation hub offers unparalleled resources including a quantum-encrypted development environment and access to proprietary datasets spanning 50+ petabytes. This position reports directly to our Chief Futurist and includes equity participation in our patented AI portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Architect adaptive AI systems capable of self-evolving by 2026
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in developing quantum-resistant machine learning models
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 5-year impact analysis
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI integration in Fortune 500 enterprises
- Author thought leadership papers on the future of human-AI symbiosis
- Oversee implementation of predictive analytics for societal trend forecasting
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Systems, or related field
- 8+ years in AI/ML with proven 5-year strategic planning experience
- Published research in neural networks or federated learning
- Expertise in TensorFlow/PyTorch with quantum computing exposure
- Certification in AI ethics (IEEE or ACM preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating systems deployed at >1M user scale
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, EU AI Act)
