Qualifications
- PhD in AI/Computer Science or equivalent with 10+ years R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning or AGI
- Proven track record securing $10M+ in government/private research funding
- Expertise in federated learning, explainable AI, and carbon-neutral computing
- Experience testifying before congressional tech committees (preferred)
