Responsibilities

- Lead cross-disciplinary research initiatives on AGI safety, quantum machine learning, and neural interface design
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and government bodies to establish ethical AI governance frameworks
- Deliver futurist briefings to C-suite executives and board members on emerging tech disruption scenarios
- Manage a $10M innovation portfolio, allocating resources to high-impact R&D projects
- Curate the annual 'Horizon 2026' tech symposium featuring global thought leaders
- Mentor a team of 15 futurist researchers and prototype engineers
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in AI, Cognitive Science, or Futurist Studies with 10+ years in strategic innovation
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals on AGI ethics or exponential technology trends
- Proven track record of launching commercialized AI products with $50M+ ARR impact
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and technology forecasting frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and advanced neural interfaces
- Strong network within DARPA, IEEE, and World Economic Forum innovation communities
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and predictive modeling platforms
