Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging AI/ML technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop and maintain a strategic innovation framework aligning technological capabilities with market opportunities
- Architect proof-of-concept prototypes for next-gen human-AI collaboration systems
- Present futuristic technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to accelerate breakthrough research from lab to market
- Establish ethical guidelines for responsible AI deployment in future applications
- Mentor cross-functional teams in innovation methodologies and future-thinking practices
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Cognitive Science, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in translating AI research into commercial applications
- Deep expertise in generative AI, quantum computing, or neuromorphic systems
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in emerging technology (patents, peer-reviewed papers, keynotes)

- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex technological transitions
