Responsibilities

- Partner with C-suite executives to align AI strategy with long-term business objectives
- Author white papers on ethical AI governance and human-centric design principles
- Manage a portfolio of innovation pilots with $5M+ annual R&D budget
- Mentor interdisciplinary teams in futures thinking and speculative design methodologies
- Represent the company at global tech summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML with demonstrated impact on enterprise-level strategy
- Published thought leadership on technology's societal impact (e.g., Nature, Harvard Business Review)
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or Futures Studies
- Proficiency in generative AI tools and quantum computing fundamentals
- Track record of scaling innovation initiatives from concept to market
- Experience advising boards on technology ethics and regulatory compliance
- Fluency in at least one technical programming language (Python preferred)
