Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI with 8+ years in emerging tech strategy
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 AI-first products
- Expertise in quantum computing architectures and neuromorphic systems
- Deep understanding of Singularity University frameworks and exponential growth models
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or future studies
- Experience with federal AI policy development (NIST, NSF, DARPA)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust preferred)
