- Architect 2026+ AI roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and ethical governance frameworks

- Partner with UN bodies and Fortune 100 companies to establish global AI safety protocols
- Author seminal white papers on AI existential risk mitigation and human-AI symbiosis
- Direct $50M R&D budget for experimental technologies including consciousness simulation and nanobots
- Keynote at Davos and CES to position Horizon as the vanguard of responsible innovation
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Cognitive Science, or Futurology with 10+ years in strategic innovation
- Published 3+ peer-reviewed papers on AGI safety or human-AI integration
- Proven track record scaling AI ventures from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic architectures
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and predictive modeling frameworks
- Certification in AI Ethics from IEEE or equivalent governing body
