Responsibilities

- Advocate for inclusive design practices across engineering teams
- Monitor emerging AI regulations and propose proactive compliance strategies
- Represent company at industry ethics consortiums and policy discussions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI governance or responsible tech roles
- Proven expertise in bias detection and mitigation for ML systems
- Familiarity with EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global AI ethics standards
- Exceptional communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
- Experience with participatory design methodologies and stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating ethical framework implementations
- Published research in AI ethics or adjacent fields preferred
