Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems and generative models
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning pipelines
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical safeguards into AI development lifecycles
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI implementation and governance
- Research emerging ethical challenges in AI and publish industry whitepapers
- Advocate for regulatory compliance while balancing innovation with societal impact
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or governance roles
- Expertise in bias detection, fairness metrics, and algorithmic transparency
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Strong background in machine learning model development and evaluation
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published work in AI ethics or peer-reviewed journals preferred
