- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong background in quantitative and qualitative ethical impact assessment
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible technology (peer-reviewed journals)
- Certification in AI Governance or Responsible AI development preferred
