Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or related field (Master's with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years in AI ethics research, governance, or responsible AI implementation
- Published research in top-tier journals on algorithmic bias or explainable AI
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong programming skills in Python and ML frameworks
