Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics leadership
- Proven experience implementing ethical AI frameworks at scale
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Expertise in bias detection techniques and fairness metrics
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE, EIT) preferred
