- Monitor regulatory developments in AI governance and advise on compliance strategies

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Expertise in fairness metrics, bias mitigation techniques, and explainable AI (XAI)
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, state-level laws)
- Proven experience developing organizational ethics policies and audit frameworks
- Strong background in risk assessment methodologies for AI systems
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Published research or practical experience in algorithmic accountability initiatives
