Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with emerging 2026 regulations
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits across AI systems using advanced bias detection tools
- Design transparency protocols for autonomous decision-making systems
- Partner with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards in AI development lifecycles
- Advise leadership on ethical AI deployment strategies and regulatory compliance

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 3+ years experience in AI governance, algorithmic auditing, or ethics compliance
- Deep understanding of NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, and emerging global AI regulations
- Proficiency in bias detection tools (IBM AI Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Experience developing organizational AI ethics policies and implementation guides
- Strong background in machine learning model interpretability techniques
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex ethical concepts to diverse stakeholders
